Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your CircleDNA wardrobe, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, intimate apparel and final sale items are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
